1.The shipment of contraband including counterfeit goods and any infringing articles is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be sent to the relevant units and the account will be terminated immediately. The shipper or you and US as carriers shall acknowledge the following terms and conditions as a legally binding and mutually binding agreement. You accept and abide by the terms of this Deed upon payment of the freight.
1.The consignor or you or your authorized agent warrants that the consignment is in conformity with state laws and acceptable to the transportation authorities, and is not contrary to the will of the carrier. We, the carrier, refuse to carry:
1) Inflammable, explosive, perishable or toxic, explosive, lethal, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods
2)Drugs or drug-related paraphernalia
3) Books, photographs, sculptures or implements that are harmful to weathering
4) Articles that infringe trademark, copyright or intellectual property rights
5) Currency, VAT invoices, other tax receipts or securities, gold and silver treasures, antiques, precious metals
6)Food, live animals, plants or seeds
7)A letter of a correspondence nature
9) Powder, liquid articles and compact disks
10) non-authentic/counterfeit goods; (If the goods sent by the customer are not authentic or imitation, no matter whether the goods are lost or not, our company will not make compensation)
11) Goods remaining in foreign trade orders
12) It is suspected that the brand is not authentic. Goods that are stated to be genuine but priced unreasonably low
13) prohibited articles subject to customs import control,
14) Goods that do not conform to relevant government regulations, departmental regulations and mandatory standards of the place of shipment and destination
15) Goods to be refrigerated
2.The shipper or you undertake that the Company has the right to abandon or refuse to accept the goods that are not suitable for express transportation, intentionally or unintentionally conceal the true name and value of the goods, and the goods that are expressly prohibited by national laws to be carried, sent or transported. In case of breach, Shipper or you are willing to bear all legal and financial liabilities arising therefrom.
3.The shipper or you and your authorized agent undertake to accept and pay the freight rates of the articles published by us and the associated warehousing, return and transshipment charges.
4.We have the right to hold the shipper or you liable for all legal and financial damages caused by the spill, leakage or leakage of any liquid or solid in your goods, improper packing of the goods or the goods themselves, etc.
5. Uncle Ant can only accept and process one package for one waybill number (including multiple items in the store). If the seller provides a waybill number, but sends two or more packages, Uncle Ant Warehouse will refuse to accept the relevant packages or sign for receipt, if any loss, the company will not assume any liability.
6. The goods in the ant uncle transfer warehouse once signed for, if you need to return or forward to other parts of the country, the freight is calculated separately, the freight is subject to the customer service quotation on the day.
9.Uncle Ant's transshipment warehouse will not sign for any goods in the form of collect.
9. Uncle Ant's transhipment warehouse will not sign any goods sent by surface mail without check or tracking certificate.
10. Uncle Ant's transshipment warehouse only accepts and handles, and one waybill number issued by one shop only corresponds to one customer's goods.
11. Uncle Ant will not be responsible for any loss, omission or change in shipping charges in the event of any of the following:
Case 1: Seller issues one waybill number, but the package contains the goods of two or more customers, so that one customer fails to claim the other goods. *** The customer shall contact the seller to ensure that the seller's waybill number at the time of shipment is only for the customer's goods. *** Case 2: (where the Customer buys two or more goods) the Seller provides the Customer with only one waybill number, but in fact the Seller sends the customer's goods separately by two or more waybill numbers, resulting in the customer failing to claim the other goods. *** It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Seller to obtain other correct waybill numbers for claim. *** Case 3: If the seller provides an incorrect waybill number and the correct waybill number has passed the 60-day free storage period. And are charged storage fees. *** It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the Seller to obtain the correct waybill number for claim and to negotiate with the Seller about the warehousing fee. *** 12. Since it takes time to input the information of the goods, it is suggested that customers log in the Uncle Ant system to confirm whether the goods are stored or not one working day after the goods arrive at the Uncle Ant transfer warehouse. 13. The customer must log on Uncle Ant to claim the goods and choose the combined express service within 60 days from the day the goods are sent to Uncle Ant's transfer warehouse, otherwise ¥2 (RMB) will be charged for storage of each item per day from the 61st day. 14. The goods must be shipped within 90 days of arrival at Uncle Ant's warehouse, otherwise they will be considered as invalid and disposed of by our company without objection from the owner. 15. For orders that have not been paid for more than 12 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled and must be submitted again for review and all procedures completed. 16. If it is less than 1 KG (KG), it will be calculated as 1 kg (KG). *** Example 1: The total weight of all goods is 0.99 KG (KG) and the order will be calculated as 1 kg (KG). *** *** Example 2: The total weight of all goods is 1.01 KG (KG), and the order will be calculated as 2 kg (KG). ***17. Weight is calculated in kilograms (KG) with accuracy to one decimal place, i.e. 0.1 kg as the lowest scale.
18. The receiving time of Uncle Ant's warehouse is 9:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Please refer to the latest announcement for the statement time.
19. In view of the fact that foreign delivery and transportation companies are closed on Sundays or public holidays, the delivery of Uncle Ant warehouse will be suspended on public holidays. If there is any change, please refer to the announcement of our company.
20. Logistics companies will not deliver goods on Sundays or public holidays.
21. All goods are subject to the size and weight of the goods in storage. The charging method of sea express and air freight is: the bulk of the goods is charged by weight; the bulk of the goods is charged by half if the volume is greater than the weight; and the bulk of the goods is charged by sea freight.
*** Volumetric weight is a calculation method that reflects the density of the package. 2. Right to know the goods to be transported:
1. The Company has the right to know the nature, name, quantity and weight of the goods to be transported, so as to assist the relevant government departments and transportation departments to inspect or investigate the goods to be transported.
2. All items entrusted by Uncle Ant will be randomly sampled for investigation. If the goods are found to be not in conformity with the terms and conditions of the Contract of Carriage, the Company will refuse to carry them.
